Team Rooming List
This is the final step in booking your hotel rooms for your team !
Because your chosen hotel is currently only blocking your team's rooms on a temporary courtsey-hold, it is important for you to submit your team's rooming list within the time period you have been advised. This allows the hotel to issue confirmation numbers on all the rooms submitted via the rooming list and to release any unwanted rooms so that other teams or guests can book. You may be asking why can't individual parents on my team phone in their own credit card details directly to the hotel. It is a very good question. It is done to cut down on confusion and to avoid double-booking of rooms. Also, it takes the stress out of booking for the Team Manager or representative--no more worrying whether all the parents have provided credit card details or not; or chasing those parents that hadn't. If you truly have a problem with submitting your rooming list as indicated, please phone Patricia O'Brien (904) 280-3595.
With the submission of this rooming list, you agree that you have had the opportunity to ask questions of the hotel contact we provided you about your stay at the property; to confirm with hotel contact specific hotel provisions and policies regarding such things as breakfast, people per room, cancellations, early check-out, changes to reservations, etc; and to share such information and hotel policies with your team. PLEASE NOTE: your team's block of rooms will be listed at the Hotel under your Team's Name and Age/Gender. |
The form below has space for 20 rooms to be booked. If you need 12 rooms, for example, then you only need to complete the form through line 12 (lines 13-20 would be left blank). If you need more than 20 rooms, please contact Patricia O'Brien (904) 280-3595. Thanks !
