This is the final step in booking your hotel rooms for your team !
It is important for you to submit your team's rooming list within the time period you have been advised. This allows the hotel to issue confirmation numbers on all the rooms submitted via the rooming list and to release any unwanted rooms so that other teams or guests can book. Also, it will insure that no team cancellation penalties are triggered. If you have any questions, please do not hestitate to contact Patricia O'Brien at Avanti Housing (904)280-3595.
You can chose to submit this rooming list in one of two ways:
Our PREFERRED Method:
- Team Manager or representative - Please complete the Team Rooming List Form below on behalf of the entire team. The information is submitted to Avanti Housing via our secure server. This method avoids Team Managers having to rely on parents to act in confirming their rooming requirements. And, we all know that some parents are quicker than others in responding !
Or, an optional method:
- Individual Parents - Sometimes, the Team Manager may request that each Parent contact us. When this is the case, each parent should complete the Individual Booking Form to make his/her hotel reservation. Although we will provide the Team Manager periodic emails confirming which parents have contacted us, it is the Team Manager who will need to ensure that all parents have completed the Individual Booking Form by the appropriate deadline.
PARENTS SHOULD NOT PHONE SUCH INFORMATION TO THE HOTEL.
This is done to cut down on confusion and to avoid double-booking of rooms. If you truly have a problem with submitting your rooming list as indicated, please phone Patricia O'Brien (904) 280-3595.
With the submission of this rooming list, you agree that you have had the opportunity to ask questions of the hotel contact we provided you about your stay at the property; to confirm with hotel contact specific hotel provisions and policies regarding such things as breakfast, people per room, cancellations, early check-out, etc; and to share such information and hotel policies with your team.
PLEASE NOTE: your team's block of rooms will be listed at the Hotel under your Team's Name and Age/Gender.
